Thank God. I just think it shows real cowardice on the part of the White House that she had withdraw herself, though, and the President therefore essentially hid behind her.

While heads are rolling, why can't we get rid of Bill Frist as Senate Majority Leader, too? He has some gall lamenting the end of this nomination on the air, when apparently HE was the one who called the President to say the votes just weren't there and Miers should be pulled.
