WTF?

I mean W-T-F-ity-F? Some parents just need their heads bashed in. (Via George Moneo)

‘‘A lot of people have trouble thinking of the word ‘pimp’ without associating it with someone on the street.”

There's a reason for that. It's kind of like why people have a hard time associating the word "prostitute" with someone who has sex for money.

"Is there no virtue among us? If there be not, we are in a wretched situation. No theoretical checks -- no form of government can render us secure. To suppose liberty or happiness without any virtue in the people, is a chimerical idea. If there be sufficient virtue and intelligence in the community, it will be exercised in the selection of these men. So that we do not depend on their virtue, or put confidence in our rulers, but in the people who are to choose them."

-- James Madison, Speech in the Virginia Ratifying Convention, June 20, 1788

Not to sound apocalyptic, but sometimes I think we are doomed.

I'm not doomed, those stupid bastards and their pimp-kiddies are though.

I think even Stewie Griffith would be aghast at the thought.

Yeah, Stewie's a much higher class of criminally insane.

I just got through spying on my teenagers via My Space when I read this. Whenever I see the crap these young kids have on their My Space sites, I wonder where this started. Now I know.

I am amazed at what 12 year olds know today. With baby clothes like these, we will have to start worrying about it at 5 or 6 instead.

WTF indeed!

I think in large part this is the result of immature people being allowed to breed.

If I were God, if I were making the human race over? I'd totally delay fertility another, maybe, 10 years. Or else I'd make it conditional somehow on a certain level of intellectual/moral attainment: if you still think Method and Red are funny, you are not old enough to have children. If you think Britney Spears would be a good role-model for your daughter, you are not mature enough to have children. If you think a t-shirt for babies that extols pimpery is a good idea, you are not mature enough to have children.

The other upside to this is it would solve the overpopulation problem.
