So Kofi "I'm from the UN and I'm here to help" Annan was presented with a "Million Faces Petition in favor of international gun confiscation and ensuring that governments have a monopoly on small arms. How nice.
Here's a thought: how about a Hundred Million Faces Petition representing the disarmed victims who were murdered during the 20th century by their own totalitarian governments? It might even be as much as Three Hundred Million Faces. That would make a much bigger petition. Of course, it will be difficult finding people to sign it since they've been murdered by their own governments.

You know, "Steal Globally, Act Locally." He misses the personal touch that's lacking in international scams.

Welcome to 2996, btw.
