I was going to say "Monty Python's Quest for the Holy Grail", but that had Arthur, not Richard III.

That's Richard Dreyfus' fey Richard III in the play-within-the-play in "The Goodbye Girl" if I'm not mistaken.

Stacy got it. Richard Dreyfuss portraying Richard as a lisping, hunchbacked queen was comedy gold, almost as funny as his character's reaction to being made to play Richard as that.
