Where's the hook? Where's the gong? Seriously, I think we should institute "Gong Show" rules on these people...get a panel of three (as impartial as possible) judges, and when a Congress-critter goes too far off the rails, or recommends adding some kind of damn unrelated pork to a bill, they get gonged, and have to sit down for the rest of the session.

Trap doors under where they stand would be optional.
